SHIPPING:
How Long Does It Take for Products to Ship?

Give us at least 1-2 weeks for production and 1-2 weeks for shipment. It may take a shorter time to produce and ship but we ask for 1-2 weeks for each phase just in case. We appreciate your patience, Thank you.

 

Why Does My Order Say Delivered but I Did Not Receive It?

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. If you are unable to locate your package that is posted as “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend you to contact your local post office.
 

Shipping Address Issues?

It is your responsibility as the customer, to provide the correct information before submitting your order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes. If the information that you entered into the system was correct and it was an error on our part, we apologize and we will correct that error.
 

Delivery Issues:

All orders with delivery issues where the package is labeled delivered and the customer didn’t receive the package must file a claim with the shipping company. If the claim is unsuccessful upon further review we may issue a store credit for the amount of the package that is in question.
 

Why is My Order Still in "Pre-shipment"?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please contact us about this only if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds?
All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless it is at fault of DAI.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received?
If you received a damaged or wrong product, please contact daithebrand@gmail.com and we will correct the mistake.

Forgot to Use My Discount Code:

We apologize but once an order is confirmed, we are not able to amend prices to final orders. Once an order is confirmed, you also are not able to amend any information on your order. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code. 
 

What If I Ordered An Oversold Product?

It is uncommon but under the unfortunate circumstance that an item has been oversold and we are not able to ship the item with your order you will be refunded for the missing item and the remainder of your order will ship. If your whole order consists of that one item you will be refunded shipping also.
